Comments:
90% of the 1st installment due to the County Dec 10 was paid 30 days late; thus, monies received from the County was insufficient to pay March 1 interest payment, resulting in a draw on the reserve fund. All late payments and the 2nd installment due to the County Apr 10 will be received in May. We anticipate replenishing the reserve fund shortage (currently $122,582.87) at that time.
